Student Account Treasurer has balances if people want them.
Keys Concessions Report: last year we were guaranteed $150, and Ovations was allowed 3 non-opens where they would not have to pay us. This year there will be 4 games where they don’t have to pay us, after the 4 games, they will pay us $50 for non-opens. Weekday games will guarantee $75, with weekends at $150. We are back to wearing the Ovations shirts. There are 69 games this year with 2 daytime games and 1 camp day. The board does not have any qualms about the contract but we do need to gauge interest in working the stand. Vicki wills end out an e-mail to determine if we have enough people to work the stand.
Fundraiser report: Indoor guard show was a big success! The next big event will be April 15 th at Battle of the Bands. We will need a lot of people on hand again for this event. The Battle of the Bands is also on a game night. Kathy Hilton and Carrie Kurdt will co-chair an Uncle Ralph’s cookie sale. Vicki is going to explore a fundraiser with Out-Back Steak House. We had discussion regarding how the Indoor show went and what needs to be done to improve for future shows. We will be pursuing a concert/fundraiser with a group called Project. They will come and hold clinics for the kids and will be here for 2 nights to perform concerts that we can charge money for. This will cover the cost of the brining them here and hopefully make some money in addition.
It is time to look at electing new board members. We will need a nominating committee to find a list of candidates.
Disney trip up-date: we had a meeting last week for everyone attending and we will have a chaperone meeting this week.
Indoor season is still going on and Mike would welcome anyone who wants to come help load a truck or help in any way. Bruce mentioned that the trailer needs new tires and this might be a good time to work on that.
Band Banquet is May 13 th at Lewistown and will be $11/person, fried chicken, roast beef, potatoes, veggie will be served and the kids will do cakes again for dessert/fundraiser. Trish is going to need a massive amount of help in the next few weeks to get uniforms in order. She will keep us posted as to when and what.
Mike thanked many people for all of the work that they do.
Meeting adjourned at 8:00 pm.
Respectfully submitted, Carrie Kurdt, Secretary
