Low turnout, only a few questions since.
Keys Games are going fairly well.
Largest Stand
Need to schedule correct mix of students/adults
Student can’t substitute for adult for the most part
First few checks have shown up
Flow, busy before game starts to about the 2nd inning
Funnel Cakes start around 4th or 5th inning
Beer runs on and off all evening
Recognizable trends depending on the day of the week

Tips
Would like to get a few more people involved and trained to be able to rotate more knowledgeable people through the schedule.

3 Equipment trailers were available from Andy’s company, but it was decided that we can’t afford to purchase one with other significant expenses looming.
Around end of 2009 calendar year, deposit due for new uniforms $65,000
Miss Hopkins working on wish list… including accessories, rain gear, hat boxes, etc…
Starting to do a little more planning with regards to capitol expenses.
Estimate is $350,000 to put a competitive marching band program on the road… starting with zero. Charlie put together a significant spreadsheet with much of this estimating.
