Bingo report… Not quite as good as last year, but still had a profit over $2000.

Assistant Managers arrive early, stay through money count. Initial inventory. Starting change. Entire count. Checking people in. End. End Inventory. End money count with Ovation.
Alternate money dividing up ideas. Monthly Pay maybe. Trying to compensate for low traffic days. When people will be less likely to sign up.
Not sure about allowable kids ages yet to work this thing
Substitute list for emergencies
Dress code. Ovation Shirt. TJ gear ok, but it will be covered up by the Ovation shirt.
Tuesday night, Need people to work RFK stadium for D.C. United. Back to Harry Grove around 11:00pm 15% of the take for us.
Add made it into the paper for the Indoor Guard show. Should be in again this Friday.

Use Harry Grove fundraiser specifically to get kids that have a hard time fundraising, to car pool and what not.
Banquet committee, in May. Jean trying to get a hold of someone to determine fees for the Fire hall. Donnie says rent is covered in price for food. Looking at prices and other venues.
Nominating committee. Charlie and Mike hitting top gear.
Compiling nominations now. To include notifications by 3 people, for at least 1 job. 19 on list currently.
Going to start calling people.
Objective to have 3 candidates for each of the 5 jobs.
April meetings will have nominations, and will finalize roster for elections.
May booster meetings, are elections.
