Frederick Keys/Harry Grove - 2008

This year the TJ Band boosters is going to try and run one of the concessions stands at Harry grove Stadium during the Frederick Keys baseball games and other events at Harry Grove Stadium, actually 2 stands. They are "Hot Corner grill" (serving burgers/dogs/cheeesteaks,sodas,beer) and Keys Creamery (serving ice cream and sodas). This will be an awesome change to defray some of you band fees. Please try and work a few of the dates into your schedule.

If you can't help on a particular night please come by and support the Keys and the stand. Please let friends and family in the area know that if the come to a keys game, ahead over to the third base.

These events are open to all parents and students (14 years and above) to work for their band fees. We will be staffing two of the concessions at Harry Grove Stadium duiring the Frederick Keys games this year. They have 70 home games so there will be ample opportunity for everyone to take advantage of thie activity.

If you are interested in working any of the home games and other events, please send me an email and I will add your name to the list. Additionally, sign up sheets are located in the band room for the games.

If you an't work an event, come by and watch the your Frederick Keys in action when they are home and stop by the TJ stands for some great food. Make shure you tell all your friends in the area when they are at a Keys game, the head over to the third base side and stop in at the Hot Corner Grill or Keys Creamery for some food.

We are representing Ovation Services while in the stand so there are a couple of rules:

• All workers must wear BLACK pants and closed toe shoes
• Arrival time for most games will be two hours before game time unless otherwise advised
• All workers must be 14 years or older
• Cashiers in the Grill area must be at least 18 years of age
• Cashiers in the Creamery must be at least 16 years of age
• You will be provided with a ticket for a complimentary meal
• Please park in the lot off of New Design Road
• Enter the park through the Kitchen just to the left of the main entrance
• Ovation Shirts must be worn while in the stand
• Cooks must wear the Orange Ovation Shirts
• Beer sales are discontinued at the first pitch of the 8th inning
• No food or drink is to be consumed while in the stand
• No smoking in the stand
• Please use the courtesy cups provided by Ovation for any personal drinks
• Please remove your Ovation shirt when you leave the stand
• Please wash hands thoroughly with soap and water when returning to the stand
• At the end of the evening please DO NOT leave the stand with any food items
• At the end of the evening please plan to assist in the final inventory and clean up of the stand

While we are all participating to have fun and earn band fees, please keep breaks to a minimum
