Organize a fundraising activity

Be involved with the fundraising committee at a monthly meeting

Collect all financial reports from your fundraiser to submit to the treasurer

Remain in contact with the band director on all fundraising activities.

Committee Char Responsibilities

Organize the running of all fundraising activities

Oversee a committee of members to help in the organization of all fundraiser's.

Hold a monthly meeting with all members of the committee

Collect all financial reports from fundraising to submit to the treasurer

Submit a monthly report to the executive board prior to scheduled booster meetings.

Remain in contact with the band director on all fundraising activities.
