Chaperone at band performances
Be involved with the chaperone committee at a monthly meeting
Help in keeping up to date medical kits for use at all band events.
Assist in providing water for all band events.
Responsible for the discipline of students at band events when the director is not present.
Remain in contact with the band director prior to each event to ensure proper organization. |
Committee Char Responsibilities
Organize chaperones for all band events.
Oversee a committee of members to help in the organization of events.
Brief all chaperones on responsibilities prior to band events including water, medical notes, appropriate behaviors of students, necessities such as taping, polishing of shoes, and covering seats.
Keep up to date medical kits for use at all band events.
