Committee Responsibilities
Assist in the planning for the band picnic, annual banquet, and senior recognition night.
Be involved with the committee at a monthly meeting
Help in making food preparations for all events.
Create, collect, and submit all appropriate forms and money for events.
Order decorations and flowers for all events.
Organize cleaning and set-up crews for events.
Remain in contact with the band director prior to events. |
